Did you order the wrong size/color or want to exchange the product?

Don’t worry, it’s no problem. You can request a refund and/or exchange. For the return shipment, you can use your trusted courier (return shipping costs will NOT be covered by PF OFFICIAL SRLS).

Note: For each order, Paola Fiorenza offers the possibility of 1 or 2 exchanges. After the first exchange, refunds are no longer possible—only exchanges or store credits.

PF OFFICIAL SRLS is committed to replacing or refunding (or crediting the customer with the total amount corresponding to the value of the goods to be returned for future purchases) any product purchased online that does not meet expectations, provided that the request is made within 14 days from the date of delivery of the products.

The customer can communicate their reconsideration for any reason through:

The options available following the return of the ordered goods are as follows, at the customer’s discretion:

  • Exchange for a different size/color of the same item (if available)
  • Credit to use later
  • Refund

The refund will be processed as soon as the return arrives at PF OFFICIAL SRLS warehouses and the items are inspected, and in any case, no later than 14 days from the customer’s notification of the return.

The refund will be issued to the same account/payment method used for the purchase (credit card, PayPal, bank account, etc.), within the technical timeframe required for this to occur, and will NOT include the original delivery costs of the order subject to return, except for any additional shipping costs.

The cost of returning the goods remains the responsibility of the customer.

The customer will be held responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way other than necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, in which case PF OFFICIAL SRLS reserves the right to determine the value of the returned goods deemed most appropriate.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The items must not have been worn, washed, or altered, and must show no signs of use. The soles of the footwear must be in perfect condition, with no marks.

Each item must be returned with all original labels and tags attached, and must include all packaging and accessories received with the order.

All footwear and accessories must be returned with their original box, which is considered an integral part of the product and must not be damaged, altered, or used as the sole external packaging.

Acceptance of such returns may involve a charge equivalent to a percentage of the value of the returned goods, not less than 10%.

For all aspects not specifically stated, European distance selling regulations apply.
