Shipments within Italy and abroad are carried out via express courier. As required by trade regulations, all shipments are accompanied by an official invoice stating the value of each item in Euros. For sale items, the invoice reflects the discounted amounts.

Orders are shipped by PF OFFICIAL SRLS from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning.

Shipments within Italy will be made considering the production time, as the products are handmade and made to order. Shipments will occur no sooner than 5 business days from the order and no later than 15 business days from the same. Delivery is expected within 24/48 hours thereafter. These production times may vary during high-demand periods (June and July).

Shipping is FREE throughout Italy. For shipments to European countries, there is an additional fixed cost of €20.00 (shipping will also be free for these countries for orders equal to or greater than €350.00). For shipments to countries outside the European Union, there is an additional fixed cost of €35.00 (shipping will also be free for these countries for orders equal to or greater than €400.00).

In all cases, PF OFFICIAL SRLS reserves the right to postpone the shipment in the event of force majeure.

All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with PF OFFICIAL SRLS and therefore agree to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests a return to the sender, any shipping costs incurred by PF OFFICIAL SRLS will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.

Shipments by our couriers are insured free of charge against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance becomes invalid.
